Frequently asked questions
What file format do you need for 3D printing?
STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP files are ideal. If you have a design in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender or Tinkercad, export to one of those and send it through.
I don’t have a 3D model — can you design it?
Yes. Send us photos, sketches or measurements and we’ll model the part for you. Design time is quoted separately from printing.
How big can you print?
Most parts fit comfortably; larger pieces can be printed in sections and joined. Tell us your dimensions and we’ll confirm the best approach.
How long does 3D printing take?
Small parts are often ready within a few days; larger or multi-part jobs take longer. We’ll give you a realistic date with your quote.
